Your vehicle will be worked on by a fully trained Mercedes-Benz Senior Diagnostic Technician who has worked directly for Mercedes-Benz United Kingdom. Serving and completing to National Craft Certificate level a full old-fashioned City & Guilds apprenticeship, he has also been further accredited as a Diagnostic/Master Technician by Mercedes-Benz United Kingdom and the Institute of the Motor Industry, this qualification is Internationally recognised. All of these accreditations are highly acclaimed with very few Technicians in the Mercedes-Benz network throughout the UK to hold this recognition.
