Welcome to Hertfordshire Merx Ltd. We are Hertfordshire's premier Mercedes-Benz Passenger Car and Light Commercial Vehicle independent specialist. We are also fully equipped to service and repair Smart cars.

We have over 125 years of experience in the automotive industry which is heavily dominated by Mercedes-Benz and Smart. Your vehicle will be worked on by fully trained Mercedes-Benz and Smart Diagnostic Technicians who have worked both within the dealer network and directly for Mercedes-Benz United Kingdom. Our Director has served and completed to National Craft Certificate level a fully old-fashioned City & Guilds apprenticeship, he has also been further accredited as a Diagnostic/Master Technician ATA by Mercedes-Benz United Kingdom and the Institute of the Motor Industry. This qualification is Internationally recognised. All of these accreditations are highly acclaimed with very few Technicians in the Mercedes-Benz network throughout the UK to hold them. Amongst our staff we have another Mercedes Diagnostic Technician who is both SLS and AMG trained and has worked on Mercedes vehicles since 1978. This enables us to service and repair Mercedes-Benz cars from the very newest and from a classic era.
